ABA represents a team of professionals specialized in management consulting, strategic planning, company formation, business compliance and administration (covering bookkeeping, taxation, payroll and Mandatory Provident Fund (“MPF”) administration and company secretarial duties), business due diligence, financial consulting, and immigration matters for Hong Kong, amongst others. We have more than 20 years experience in each discipline.

 

We serve clients from various parts of the World including our home base Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, the United States, Taiwan, Outer Mongolia, Bangladesh, and Australia.

We were ravaged by Covid-19 for more than 3 years. Overseas business travels virtually came to a halt in 2020 and gradually resumed the following year but for the upheavals caused by the variants, preventive measures were put back from time to time even with roll-out of vaccination plans. In response to it, we have got used to virtual meetings. There are however matters that require personal attention that cannot be addressed by technology. We want to provide assistance to our clients when it’s inconvenient or just unjustifiable to fly to Hong Kong for the business matters. For details, please read on.
